Prawns

Chilly powder
1

Coriander leaves
20

Garlic

tsp
Lemon juice
2
tbsp
Sesame seeds
Ellu
Salt
as reqd
Oil
for frying
Instructions
Clean the
prawns
.(Do not remove the tail portion)
In the middle, make a spot horizontally with a knife.
Mix
salt
, lemon juice,
garlic
paste and stuff it in the middle of the
prawns
.
Mix 1 tbsp of
sesame seeds
, 1 tbsp of
oil
, chilly powder, coriander leaves and
salt
and blend to make a paste.
Pat the
prawns
dry with a paper tissue and apply the above mix on the pieces.
Roll the pieces in remaining
sesame seeds
and fry the pieces in the
oil
until they get crispy.
:- Serve hot with any sauce.
