  • Clean the prawns.(Do not remove the tail portion)
  • In the middle, make a spot horizontally with a knife.
  • Mix salt, lemon juice, garlic paste and stuff it in the middle of the prawns.
  • Mix 1 tbsp of sesame seeds, 1 tbsp of oil, chilly powder, coriander leaves and salt and blend to make a paste.
  • Pat the prawns dry with a paper tissue and apply the above mix on the pieces.
  • Roll the pieces in remaining sesame seeds and fry the pieces in the oil until they get crispy.
  • :- Serve hot with any sauce.
