Instructions
  1. For preparing prawn vada, clean the prawns and remove the head.
  2. Mix prawns, small onions, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, daal, grated coconut and salt.
  3. Grind it well.
  4. Take a spoon full of the prawn mixture and fry it in oil.
  5. Fry on both sides till it becomes light brown in color.
  6. Prawn vada is ready. Serve hot.
  7. Specialties: Festival recipe. You can also serve it as an evening snack.
