Prawn Vadai Vadas made with prawns 1/2 kg Prawns (skinned and deveined, medium sized)5 nos Green chillies1 inch Ginger2 nos Garlic podsCurry leaves (A few)1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tbsp Chilly powderSalt (As reqd)Oil for frying Clean prawns thoroughly.Mix with all the other ingredients and grind coarsely on grinding stone or mixie (preferably grinding stone to get the proper consistency). Make small balls off this mixture.Flatten it a little like vadai and deep fry in oil. When cooked, take out from oil when it is golden brown in color and slightly crisp. :- This is a good side dish with rice or as an evening snacks. Kerala
how come the receipe comes with no use of any type of flour. i m puzzled!
