Instructions
  1. Wash the prawns and pat it dry.
  2. Mix together ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, tamarind pulp, red chilly powder, salt and rice flour.
  3. Blend 2 tbsp of oil into the above mixture.
  4. Marinate the prawns in this mixture for atleast 2 hrs, preferably in the refrigerator.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Add marinated prawns and cook for a min on a high heat.
  7. Turn over the prawns and cook for another min.
  8. Reduce heat and cook for 2 - 3 mins., turning prawns occasionally for uniform cooking.
  9. Remove, drain onto an absorbent kitchen towel or paper.
  10. Sprinkle lemon juice.
  11. :- Serve hot.
