  • Tiger prawns(de-veined and cleaned) - 1/2 kg
  • Red curry paste - 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage(shredded, small) - 1 no
  • Carrot(thinly sliced) - 1 no
  • Lettuce(chopped) - 175 g
  • Beetroot(peeled and grated) - 1/2 cup
  • Small onions/shallots(finely cubed) - 7 nos
  • garlic(grated) - 2 cloves
  • Rice wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
  • olive oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing healthy prawn salad, first marinate the prawns in a mixture of red curry paste and salt and keep it in the fridge overnight.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the marinated prawns on medium flame till done.
  3. In the same pan, add some oil and fry the cabbage, shallots, garlic and beetroot for 2 minutes on low flame.
  4. Then add rice wine vinegar, chilly sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well and remove from the flame.
  5. Mix in the fried prawns and put it in a bowl.
  6. Healthy prawn salad is ready. Serve immediately.
