150 gm Prawns3 nos Eggs2 nos Onion (medium)1/2 tsp Ginger (grated)3 nos Garlic pods1 piece Cinnamon (Karugapatta)3 nos Cloves (Grambu)2 nos Cardamoms (Elakka)1/4 tsp Cumin (Jeerakam)1/4 tsp Mustard seeds1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1/2 tsp Red chilly powder1/2 tsp Pepper powderSalt (As reqd)Oil to fry Clean the prawn and cut into pieces.Heat oil in a pan.Add prawn, turmeric powder and salt and fry till it get cooked and keep aside.Heat oil and add eggs and scramble fry till done and keep aside.Heat a little oil in another pan.Add cinnamon, cardamoms, cumin and crackle mustard seeds.Add finely chopped ginger and garlic.Add onion to it and fry till golden brown.Add red chilly powder, pepper powder and salt (on low flame).Add cooked prawns and egg to it and cook for 2 mins.:- Serve hot with rotis, naan or rice.
