  • Mushrooms(cut in to halves) - 250 g
  • Spring onion(cut into 2 inch long pieces) - 1 no
  • Prawns(deveined and washed) - 8 nos
  • Chicken soup stock - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 ½
  • Pepper powder(A pinch) -
  • Fish sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Lime(for seasoning) - 1/4 of
  • Lemon grass(Few) -
  • Celery(chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. First heat pan and boil chicken soup stock.
  2. Add lemon juice, fish sauce and chilli paste, lemon grass to chicken stock, and stir.
  3. Stir in mushrooms, spring onions, prawns and simmer for 10-12 minutes until prawns are done.
  4. Add celery, salt and pepper.
  5. Prawn with mushroom soup is ready. Season with lime juice and pepper powder. Serve hot.
