  • Tiger prawns - 250 gm
  • Oil - 200 ml
  • Onion(thinly sliced) - 1 no
  • Garlic pods(chopped) - 2 nos
  • Fresh red chilly(sliced) - 1 no
  • Black bean paste - 2 tbsp
  • Green pepper(thinly sliced) - 1/2 of
  • Red pepper(thinly sliced) - 1/2 of
  • Fish stock - 125 ml
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Remove the head, tail, shell and veins of the prawns.
  2. Wash and dry it.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  4. When the oil is at medium heat, add the prawns and stir-fry for 2 mins.
  5. Remove them from kadai.
  6. Heat up the same oil.
  7. Add garlic and chilli and stir-fry for 1 min.
  8. Add the prawns, black bean paste, red and green pepper, fish stock and soy sauce.
  9. Simmer and season with salt and pepper to taste.
