  • Marinate cleaned prawns with red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt as required. Rest it for 15 minutes. Then heat oil in a pan and fry it.
  • When one side gets cooked, turn to the other side.
  • At this time add grated coconut and curry leaves.
  • Fry until the grated coconut gets nice golden color and the prawns are cooked.
  • Now serve.
