Instructions
  1. For preparing prawns easy pulav, first heat oil in a pan and fry onion and green chillies.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste. Add cleaned prawns and give a slight fry till it changes to reddish color.
  3. Add oyster sauce, ketchup, pepper and salt.
  4. Add the rice and fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add 4 cups of boiling water. Cook it in a covered pan or in pressure cooker.
  6. 6)Meanwhile heat little oil in a pan, fry the capsicum and carrot. Add prawns powder also.
  7. When rice is done, add the capsicum mix.
  8. Mix well with rice.
  9. Prawns easy pulav is ready. Decorate with coriander leaves.
