Add the ginger-garlic paste. Add cleaned prawns and give a slight fry till it changes to reddish color.Add oyster sauce, ketchup, pepper and salt.Add the rice and fry for 3 minutes.Add 4 cups of boiling water. Cook it in a covered pan or in pressure cooker. 6)Meanwhile heat little oil in a pan, fry the capsicum and carrot.
