Basmathi rice
soaked

Onion

Green chillies
chopped

Oyster sauce

tbsp
Tomato
ketchup
Ginger
garlic
paste - 1 tbsp
1
tbsp
Pepper
1
cup
Peas
cooked
1
cup
Carrot
/
capsicum
cooked
1
packet
Prawns
powder
Salt
As reqd
Coriander powder
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing
prawns
easy pulav, first heat
oil
in a pan and fry
onion
and
green chillies
.
Add the
ginger
-
garlic
paste. Add cleaned
prawns
and give a slight fry till it changes to reddish color.
Add oyster sauce, ketchup, pepper and
salt
.
Add the rice and fry for 3 minutes.
Add 4 cups of boiling
water
. Cook it in a covered pan or in pressure cooker.
6)Meanwhile heat little
oil
in a pan, fry the
capsicum
and
carrot
. Add
prawns
powder also.
When rice is done, add the
capsicum
mix.
Mix well with rice.
Prawns
easy pulav is ready. Decorate with coriander leaves.
