Prawns Gravy Prawns(Chemmeen) curry 500 gm Prawns (Chemmeen)2 nos Onion (chopped)1 no Tomato (chopped)1 no Capsicum (chopped)2 tbsp Chilly powder1 tbsp Coriander powder1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder1/4 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd)Lemon juiceOil Coriander leaves for garnishing Clean the prawns well.Marinate it with lemon juice, salt and chilly powder. Keep aside.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Fry onions, tomato and capsicum.Add marinated prawns, coriander powder, turmeric and garam masala.Add salt, if required.Allow it to cook for 20 mins on low flame.Garnish with coriander leaves.
