  • Onion(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • garlic(crushed) - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Bread slices - 5 nos
  • Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing prawns roll, first mince the prawns in a grater and keep aside.
  2. Next, steam the bread slices after removing the bread crusts and keep aside.
  3. Take a pan and pour little oil. Add crushed garlic and fry for a while.
  4. Add finely chopped onion, pepper powder, soya sauce and saute for sometime.
  5. Add minced prawns, coriander leaves, required salt and mix well.
  6. Take a steamed bread, place prawn filling in the center and roll lengthwise. Press and paste the ends. Repeat making prawns roll with the remaining bread slices.
  7. Take a frying pan and heat required oil for frying. Deep fry the prawns roll in hot oil until golden in color.
  8. Yummy prawns roll is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
