  • Ginger(julienne) - 1 inch
  • garlic(crushed) - 4 cloves
  • Bird’s eye chilly(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Soya Sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil(for cooking) -
  • Snow Peas(trimmed) -
  • Sherry(to which 1 tsp sugar is added) - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
  1. Marinate the prawns in Sherry and sugar mixture for 30 minutes. : - this makes the prawns crisp while frying.
  2. Heat oil in a wok till smoking. Add garlic, ginger and chillies and stir fry quickly.
  3. Add the prawns and stir fry till the pink colour changes to opaque.
  4. Stir in Snow Peas and cook till crisp and tender.
  5. Add soya sauce and check for seasoning.
  6. :- Prawns Stir Fried with Snow Peas is ready!!! :- Serve the Prawns Stir Fried with Snow Peas with steamed rice!!!
