Ingredients

Prawns
cleaned and washed
2
tsp
Garam masala
4
numbers
Onion
finely chopped
5
nos
Tomato
finely chopped
Ginger
garlic
paste - 6 tsp
2
tsp
Chilli powder
3
tsp
Coriander powder
½
tsp
Pepper powder
100
ml
Oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Heat a non stick pan.
Add 75 ml
oil
.
When
oil
is warm, add
onion
,
garam masala
and
ginger
garlic
paste.
When this is turning golden brown, add tomatoes and
salt
.
Let it cook for 10 mins.
Add
chilli powder
,
pepper powder
and
coriander powder
.
Let it cook for 10 mins.
Take from fire and let it cool.
After it's cool, grind in a mixture grinder to make a nice paste.
:- Do not add
water
.
Heat the remaining
oil
and pour the mixture.
When the mixture separates, add
prawns
and cook for 10 mins and remove from heat.
:- Good with rice or roti.
