Ingredients

200 g Prawns
2 nos Onion chopped
1 cup Coconut grated and ground
1 no Raw mango chopped
2 nos Tomato chopped
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Chilly powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt As reqd
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Oil As reqd

Instructions

For preparing prawns with mango, heat oil in a clay pot. Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Add onion, tomato and ginger-garlic paste.
When oil comes out, add turmeric, chilly powder and coriander powder.
Add salt and mango pieces.
Add little water and cook mangoes. Add ground coconut. When half done, add prawns and cook it.
Prawns with mango is ready.
