  • Soya chunks(Nutrela) - 10 -
  • Onion(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) - 4 nos
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) -
  • Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 10 nos
  • Garlic pods(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1/4" inch
  • or -
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Oil for frying -

Instructions
  1. Soak garbanzo beans in water for 4 - 5 hours.
  2. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15 mins.
  3. Grind together garbanzo beans and soya chunks with a little water to form a coarse mixture.
  4. Mix together the finely chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger and garlic.
  5. Add the ground mixture into it and mix well.
  6. Add salt and mix well again.
  7. Make small vadas off the mixture.
  8. Deep fry them in oil on a medium flame.
  9. :- Optionally, you can add 1/2 tsp of masala powder to the mixture too.
