  • Coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Red chili - 2
  • Tamarind(little) -
  • Urad and channa dal - 1 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt(as taste) -

Instructions
  1. In a pan add tsp oil and roast urad and channa dal
  2. Now add chili and roast for a minute.
  3. Now add mint and tamarind
  4. Now add coconut and roast for a minute and turn off
  5. In a mixer add pudhina mixture and salt. grind it and if want add little water
  6. Now temper with mustard and urad dal and pour into thogayal
  7. Now its ready to serve Pudhina Thogayal
