Instructions
  1. For preparing Pudina Chutney, grind together mint leaves, grated coconut, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, shallots and curry leaves.
  2. Add lime juice and required salt to the ground mixture. Mix well.
  3. Pudina chutney, an apt side dish for biriyani, is ready.
