Instructions
  1. dry roast the bengal gram
  2. add urad dal and mix it
  3. add moong dal and mix it
  4. add coriander seeds and mix well
  5. add cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds and mix it
  6. add red chili
  7. add curry leaves and asafoetida and allow to fry until all the spices turn into golden colour. allow to cool and powder it by grinding it
  8. puli kuzhambu powder is ready
