Naadan pulisseri
Ingredients
- 1 no Pineapple finely chopped
- 1 no Cucumber finely chopped
- 1/2 of Coconut grated
- 2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Jaggery Sharkara
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
- Curd As reqd
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 nos Green chillies chopped
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Heat 2 cups of water in a vessel.
- Add the green chillies and cook for 5 minutes.
- Switch off the stove and allow it to cool.
- Add curd and mix well.
- Add a little jaggery.
- :- Serve with rice.
