  • Pumpkin(cut into pieces, mathanga) - 2 cups
  • Tomato - 1 no
  • Drum sticks(cut in to pieces) - 1 no
  • Green chilly - 1 no
  • Curry leaves - 2 stem
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Water - 2 cup

Instructions
  1. Grind the grated coconut, garlic, turmeric powder and chilly powder together.
  2. Add the ground mixture into the pumpkin. Add green chillies, drum stick and tomato pieces.
  3. Add required amount of salt and mix well.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes and add 2 tsp of oil and curry leaves into it.
  5. :- Pumpkin (Mathanga) Avial is ready!!! : - Serve the Pumpkin (Mathanga) Avial for rice!! :- Enjoy eating Pumpkin (Mathanga) Avial!!!
