  • Carrot(chopped) - 1 cup
  • Cow pea(Achinga payaru) - 1/2 cup(chopped in 1/2 inch) -

  • Coconut - 3/4 cup

Instructions
  1. For preparing pumpkin(kumbalam) thoran, mix kumbalam, carrot, achinga payaru and salt by hand.
  2. Then add the coconut and mix again.
  3. Cook in low flame with a covered lid until done. Remove the lid and stir fry until dry. Kumbalam thoran is ready.
