Instructions
  1. For preparing punjabi fried fish masala, crush onion, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves.
  2. Marinate fish with the crushed paste, chilly powder, turmeric, curd and salt.
  3. Fry the fish in hot pan.
  4. Keep aside.
  5. In the same oil, add cumin, methi leaves and tomato. Fry well till tomato lightens.
  6. Add cashew paste.
  7. Add water and mix.
  8. Add the gravy and pour it over the fish.
