Instructions
  1. Soak rajma in water overnight.
  2. Add salt and water to Rajma and pressure cook.
  3. Grind onion into a paste.
  4. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  5. Add cumin powder, onion paste and stir, till it turns light brown.
  6. Add ginger-garlic paste and stir for 2 mins.
  7. Add curd and stir well, until it turns brown.
  8. Add tomato puree followed by coriander powder, chilly powder and kasuri methi and stir for 2 - 3 mins.
  9. Add the mixture to the cooked rajma and pressure cook upto 1 whistle.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. :- You can also cook the onions before making it into a paste.
