If the mutton is not completely cooked, cover the pan with a lid and keep on a medium low flame, until its cooked. Or else put on medium high flame and allow the water to evaporate..
:- Serve with rice or rotis.
:- Do not open, until the steam subsides in the cooker.
:- If you don`t have pressure cooker, you can boil.
:- You can adjust the gravy level by waiting for the excess water to evaporate or choose a gravier recipe.
:- If you are unsure of the water - little excess water is fine but not too little water.
This is good with gravy also.. Just don`t let the water to evaporate completely.
This recipe is very good. I added little bit masala powder for smell and taste.
