Instructions
  1. Soak basmati rice for 20 minutes.drain out the rice and cook rice in salted boiling water until 80 percentage done.strain it trough colander and let it cool
  2. Clean and wash the chicken pieces,combine tomato sauce,soy sauce and salt with chicken
  3. Heat olive oil in a vessel and cook until it done.keep stirring to prevent burning.
  4. Heat RKG in a vessel and saute onion and cashew nuts for 1-2 minutes
  5. Add the veggies,salt and pepper powder.saute it for 5 minutes
  6. Add the cooked chicken pieces
  7. Add cooked rice,mix gently.combine everything well without breaking the rice
  8. Quick and easy fried rice is ready now.serve hot with gravy of your choice
