  • Quinoa(soak before ½ an hour) - 1 cup
  • Mixed vegetables - 1 cup
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Salt(as per taste) -
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Green chili - 2
  • Gingelly oil - 1 tsp
  • mustard and channa dal - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Soak quinoa and keep aside and drain after 30 mins
  2. In pan add oil and temper Mustard and channa dal and add onion and green chili sauté well
  3. Now add mixed vegetable and sauté well
  4. Now add salt and water bring to boil
  5. Now add quinoa and mix well and cook till it cooks
  6. Now its ready to serve Quinoa Veg upma
