Raagi Wheat Kazhi

this is our traditional recipe. this is my grandma's recipe. this is my own style of preparation. this is very healthy raagi and wheat is good in fiber . this makes a nice combo to dal, spinach gravy and non veg gravy too.

Instructions
  1. Now boil two cups of water in heavy bottom vessels
  2. Now take another cup water mix both flour in the bowl
  3. When it boil well add this mixture slowly and turn low flame
  4. Now stir well ( only in low flame) stir continuously
  5. Close lid and wait for 5 minutes and again stir . likewise do two to three times
  6. Now scoop with spatula and transfer to serving plate.
  7. I served with dal . this is best combo
