Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 litres Milk
  • 225 g Sugar
  • 7 nos Cardamom powdered coarsly, Elakka
  • 30 g Almonds blanched and sliced
  • 30 g Chironji sliced, muungaappeezh

Instructions
 

  • For preparing rabri, boil the milk till thick. Add sugar and simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring well.
  • Add cardamom, almonds and chironji. Keep boiling for a few more minutes.
  • Cool thoroughly and serve.
  • Rabri is ready.
