  • Cardamom(powdered coarsly, Elakka) - 7 nos
  • Almonds(blanched and sliced) - 30 g
  • Chironji(sliced, muungaappeezh) - 30 g

Instructions
  1. For preparing rabri, boil the milk till thick. Add sugar and simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring well.
  2. Add cardamom, almonds and chironji. Keep boiling for a few more minutes.
  3. Cool thoroughly and serve.
  4. Rabri is ready.
