Raddish Chutney

Radish is one veg that is available in all seasons.Radish is an edible root vegetable, with numerous health benefits. It has very less calories, high water content.The Radish Chutney makes a great accompaniment for all Indian starters, but can be used as a dressing for Salads also. radish chutney or mullangi pachadi can be used as a side dish to accompany rice, chapathi or any indian breakfasts like idli and dosa.

Instructions
  1. in a pan saute raddish with gerlic, cumin seeds, tamarind, green chilli, turmeric,salt.
  2. stir till raddish gets cooked ans turn soft.
  3. allow the raddish to get cooled and run it in a mixer.
  4. seanson it with mustard, cumion, chana dal, urad dal,redchili and add to the chutney.
