Instructions
  1. For preparing the delicious dish, first grate radish.
  2. Dry roast urad dal and red chili and powder it.
  3. In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  4. Now add radish to it.
  5. Cook covered with a lid in low flame.
  6. When the water evaporates, add the powdered urad dal mix.
  7. Serve it.
