  • Ragi / Finger millet 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • asafoetida 1 tsp
  • white sesame seed 1 tsp
  • butter 2 tsp
  • Ajwain / omam seed 1 tsp
  • water 1 glass
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Make ready of ragi flour, rice flour, salt, red chili powder, sesame seeds, omam/ajwain seed, asafoetida, butter
  • in a bowl add all ingredients, ragi flour, rice flour, salt, red chili powder, sesame seed, omam ajwain seed, asafoetida, butter
  • add water and make a non stick dough
  • heat the oil in high flame, Take a murukku maker and fix the ribbon pakoda making plate. take some dough and stuff in the murukku pressure and press it in circular motion and cook it
