Ragi Idly

Ingredients
  

  • ragi 1 cup
  • idly rice 1 cup
  • urad dal 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • soak ragi rice and dal for 3 hours
  • grind together ragi and rice then grind dal and add together
  • allow it to ferment for 5 hours adding salt
  • steam the batter in idly plates for 10 minutes and serve
