  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Hot water - 1/2 cup
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Green chili - 2 chopped
  • Curry leaves and Coriander - 1 tbsp
  • Moong dal - 1/4 cup
  • Salt(as per taste) -
  • Oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. in pan add ragi flour and fry for 2 minutes till aroma rises
  2. Now add ghee and mix well and moong dal. mix well
  3. Now sprinkle little water and steam for 10 minutes
  4. Now allow to cool and keep aside and temper all other ingredients. saute well onion and other
  5. Now mix with ragi and mix well
  6. Now make shape of kozhukattai and steam for 5-6 minutes
  7. Now its ready to serve Ragi kara Kozhukattai
