Instructions
  1. Seive the ragi in bowl and keep aside
  2. In mixer add sugar and cardamom and powder well
  3. In bowl add ghee and mix the powder sugar and mix well
  4. Now add both salth baking powder mix well
  5. Now add ragi and mix well and make soft dough
  6. Now in baking tray grease oil and place parchment sheet/ butter sheet Place small ball and flat piece and keep cashew nut. in pre-heated oven bake for 15 mins in 150 degree and allow to cool
  7. Now its ready to serve Ragi Nankhatai
