This is a different dish and also has an unique taste. Ragi with the combination jaggery really gives you a lots of nutritional benefits. Normally, jaggery instead of sugar is always recommended.

  • n pan add ragi flour and fry for 2 mins till aroma rise
  • Now allow to cool and add ghee, sprinkle hot water with little salt
  • add more water till the flour with wet form . just sprinkle little. because it absorbs more.
  • Now steam for 15 minutes and allow to cool
  • Now transfer to plate and add nattu sakara and coconut and cardamom mix well
  • Now its ready to serve Ragi nattu sakara Puttu
