  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
  • Oil : 3 tsp -
  • Mustard : 1/2 tsp -
  • broken urad dal 1/4 tsp -
  • bengal gram 1/2 tsp -

Instructions
  1. in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
  2. add chopped onion and saute it until the onion turn into brown
  3. in a bowl add ragi flour, salt, red chili powder and onion
  4. add water and make as a batter
  5. heat the tawa and pour the batter and make as a dosa and apply oil
  6. turn the side and again apply oil and cook it for 2 minutes
  7. now ragi onion dosa is ready. serve with chutney
