Ragi Onion Dosa

Instant ragi dosa recipe is healthy with only ragi. Healthy, easy ragi dosa with chutney makes a great breakfast or dinner on busy days.

Ingredients
  

  • Ragi Flour 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • onion 1no.
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 3 tsp
  • mustard 1/2 tsp
  • broken urad dal 1/4 tsp
  • bengal gram 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
  • add chopped onion and saute it until the onion turn into brown
  • in a bowl add ragi flour, salt, red chili powder and onion
  • add water and make as a batter
  • heat the tawa and pour the batter and make as a dosa and apply oil
  • turn the side and again apply oil and cook it for 2 minutes
  • now ragi onion dosa is ready. serve with chutney
