  • Salt to taste -

Instructions
  1. soak ragi urad dal and rice for 3 hrs. grind and ferment for 5 hrs
  2. make a batter like this
  3. saute mustard ,urad and channa dal, onions and curry leaves and grated carrots
  4. in a panniyaram pan cook both sides serve hot
