Instructions
  1. chop the bitter gourd / pavakkai
  2. finely chop the onion
  3. in a bowl add ragi / finger millet flour, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, onion and bitter gourd
  4. mix well
  5. heat the oil and just spread like pakoda and fry it
  6. Revome from oil
  7. ragi pavakkai pakoda is ready to serve. serve with rea or coffee
