Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 160 c.
  2. In a large bowl mix together flour,raisins, baking powder, soda powder and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla.
  4. Add the butter mixture to the sieved flour and mix until the ingredients are just combined. :- Do not over beat the batter.
  5. Spoon half the batter into the paper cups.
  6. Place a piece of chocolate chunk in each pan and cover with the remaining batter. :- Fill the paper cups till 3/4 only.
  7. Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until done.
  8. :- Raisin and Chocolate Muffins is ready!! :- Enjoy eating Raisin and Chocolate Muffins!!!
  9. Note:- The chocolate chunk in the center turns gooey when cooked as shown in picture
