Instructions
  1. Layer a loaf pan 8`X5" size with a wax paper and grease and dust it with butter and flour.
  2. In a mixing bowl, incorporate flour, powdered sugar, orange peels, baking powder and salt very well.
  3. Beat eggs to a light yellow color along with milk and add to the above mix and mix well without any lumps.
  4. Add melted butter and raisins to the batter and gently mix well without overdoing it.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350F. Pour the batter into the pan( it should fill half for the above mentioned specification).
  6. Once oven is preheated, bake it for 95 mts or when it is done well. :-Towards 70 minutes, insert a skewer in the middle of the cake and see if it comes clean.
  7. :-You can substitute raisins with bluberry,walnuts etc.....
  8. Enjoy!!
