Instructions
  1. Take the grated carrots in a bowl and add the beaten curds and salt into it and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a small pan or a kadai.
  3. Splutter mustard seeds.
  4. Add the cumin seeds followed by the dry red chillies, green chillies and curry leaves.
  5. Once you get a nice aroma, pour this onto the carrot-curd mixture.
  6. Add the chopped coriander leaves, check for salt and mix well.
  7. :- Serve with biriyani or kichidi.
  8. Variation: Instead of carrots add grated beetroots.
