Instructions
  1. heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard and broken urad dal and add onion and saute it for 2 mins
  2. add ginger garlic paste and mix it
  3. add chopped aloo and mix well
  4. add chopped tomato and mix it.
  5. make a paste of grated coconut, roasted gram and fennel seed
  6. add salt, turmeric powder and curry masala and mix it
  7. add boiled rajma and mix well and allow to cook for 2 mins
  8. add coconut paste and 4 glass of water and allow to until it becomes gravy consistency
  9. now rajma aloo curry is ready to serve
