Instructions
  1. Soak rajma for 3 hour and cook soft and keep aside
  2. In grinder add coconut and onions 2. tomato and jeera 1/2 tsp smooth paste.
  3. Chop Shallots and garlic and brinjal
  4. In pan add oil and temper mustard and fenugreek and jeera
  5. Add onions and garlic and curry leaves and saute well
  6. Add brinjal and sambhar powder and salt and cook for few mins
  7. Add boiled rajma and tamarind water and mix well and brings to boil
  8. Add coconut paste and boil for few mins and turn off
  9. Garnish with coriander. Rajma brinjal curry is ready
