Instructions
  1. For preparing rajma paneer cutlet, heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and salt. Fry well
  2. Now add grated paneer. Saute for a minute and add mashed potato and rajma. Combine well. Add pepper powder and lemon juice.
  3. Mix the flour in water to make a thin flour water.
  4. Make balls out of the rajma mixture and lightly flatten using fingers.
  5. Dip in the flour water and roll in bread crums.
  6. Heat oil for frying in a pan and deep fry the cutlets till golden brown.
  7. Drain excess oil and serve rajma paneer cutlet with any sauce.
