Rajmah Curry is a tasty South Asian dish very popular in North India. Rajmah curry is delicious thick gravy that goes well with rotis and even rice. For preparing Rajmah Curry, first heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds.
Add onions and curry leaves. Stir till onions are translucent and add garlic and ginger. Saute for a few seconds. Make sure that garlic is not browned.
Add rajmah masala powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and tomato pulp. Check for salt. Allow mixture to cook for a few seconds.
Stir till masala gets the consistency of a paste.
Add the cooked red kidney beans. Add some water if needed. Cook for a few minutes till gravy has thickened. Remove pan from fire.
