  • Arippodi (powdered rice) : 1 glass -
  • Onion : 1 piece -
  • Jeerakam : 2 tsp -
  • Coconut : 1 half (grated) -
  • Salt : as reqd -

Instructions
  1. Soak the rice in water for 3 hours.
  2. After draining off the water, add grated coconut, shredded onion, jeerakam and salt to this. Grind well.

  5. Add 1 glass of powdered rice to this.
  6. Enter Step
  7. Mix well.
  8. Add a little oil in your hand, and make small balls from this.
  9. Press into small rounds.
  10. Deep fry in oil.
  11. Serve it.
