  • Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1 inch
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
  • Pepper corns - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 inch
  • garlic - 7 cloves
  • Vinegar - 1 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing rare pork dry, blend all the ingredients under 'to grind': cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns and chilly powder to a fine powder.
  2. Add in the onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend it again to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder, coriander powder and tomato.
  4. Then add in the ground masala and sautT for 1 minute on low flame.
  5. Toss in the pork and potatoes. Mix it well and allow it to cook on low flame with required water.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and allow it to simmer till the water evaporates.
  7. Rare pork dry is ready. Serve hot.
