  • Raspberry essence - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing raspberry ice cream, boil milk until the quantity is reduced to half, stirring constantly.
  2. Keep aside to cool
  3. Mix together condensed milk, sugar & add to the milk along with raspberry essence & coloring.
  4. Add cream gradually beating continuously till the mixture becomes creamy.
  5. Freeze for sometime till the mixture becomes slushy.
  6. Remove & beat again.
  7. Freeze till firm. Serve garnished with cherries & topped with whipped cream.
