2 cups Semolina (Rava)1 cup Coconut1 cup Sugar1 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka)Water (As reqd)Ghee (As reqd) For preparing rava burfi, first dry roast semolina in a kadai. When color changes keep aside.Dry roast coconut also. Keep them aside.In a kadai, heat sugar. Add water and caramalize. Add rava and coconut. Mix well.Add cardamom powder.
